Employee resource groups (ERGs)

Employee resource groups, or ERGs, are voluntary, employee-led groups with the shared mission of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Presently, Akamai proudly hosts eight global ERGs, collectively representing nearly 2,000 members.
