New connectivity options
As part of Akamai’s focus on serving local market needs, we are thrilled to announce new Prolexic connectivity options via Megaport Elastic Fabric in Australia. The solution can be deployed rapidly — in hours in most cases — thanks to the ability of existing Megaport customers to quickly establish connectivity.

Prolexic “Connect via Megaport” customers can enable multiple virtual cross connects to the Prolexic infrastructure from a single data center location, providing scalability and added resilience.
Megaport joins other Prolexic global connectivity partners, including Equinix Cloud Exchange, GTT Communications, and AT&T Tao.
