Akamai Technologies, Inc. Data Privacy Framework Policy Statement
Akamai Technologies, Inc. complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU-US DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-US DPF, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-US DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce in connection with its processing of certain personal data about data subjects in the European Union member countries, UK and Switzerland. Our environmental management system (EMS) has been verified by a third party as compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. We have implemented a range of tracking, monitoring, measuring, and reporting systems internally to meet all aspects of the standard, uniquely apply it to Akamai, and establish an evolving EMS.
